Lacrosse is punishing and rewarding all in the same game. The formula is a fast paced dexterity coupled with lighting fast moves and physical abuse. When you put on your gear you’re giving your body crucial equipment it needs to perform. Especially when a missed shot can mean the game, make sure you know how to make it to the goal every time.
